01 / The destination

An island to discover.
A future to consider.

Set in the Eastern Caribbean, Saint Lucia brings together the dramatic Pitons, sheltered bays and a distinctive island culture. Its citizenship by investment programme offers eligible applicants a route to citizenship through a qualifying investment.

02 / Why Saint Lucia

More possibilities.
Your own perspective.

01

Personal freedom

Consider a second citizenship as part of your wider international plans. Travel access depends on each destination’s current entry rules.

02

A family perspective

Explore which family members may qualify, with guidance on dependency evidence, documentation and the cost of your chosen route.

03

A considered choice

Compare contribution, property, enterprise and bond options in the context of your objectives and financial commitments.

03 / Eligibility

Start with the right questions.

Your circumstances shape your application. EPMC helps you understand the requirements and prepare for a formal assessment.

The principal applicant

A clear background.
A documented investment.

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Meet the qualifying investment requirements.
  • Provide a clear, documented source of funds.
  • Complete background checks and disclose all relevant information.
  • Provide the required health and identity records.

Eligibility is assessed individually. An investment alone does not guarantee citizenship.

Who can be included?

A spouse and qualifying children, parents or siblings may be considered. Age, dependency, support and consent conditions vary by relationship.

EPMC will review your family circumstances before confirming the proposed application structure.

What does due diligence involve?

Identity, background and source-of-funds checks are central to the process. Relevant applicants must also complete the required interview and provide supporting evidence.

Who submits the application?

Applications must be submitted through a licensed Authorised Agent. EPMC’s advisory role and the submitting agent’s responsibilities should be established at engagement.

04 / Investment options

Four routes.
One personal decision.

Explore the options, then discuss the route that fits your circumstances.

Five-year holding periodDiscuss this route

Investment thresholds are not total application costs. Government, due diligence, processing, professional and route-specific fees may apply. A personalised breakdown is provided after assessment.

05 / Understanding the costs

Clarity from the outset.

Your total depends on the investment route, the people included and the services required.

01 / Qualifying investment

The contribution, purchase or bond amount shown above. This is only one part of the overall commitment.

02 / Application charges

Government & checks

Processing, due diligence and applicable administration fees are assessed separately. Family composition affects the total.

03 / Professional support

A tailored scope

EPMC’s advisory fees depend on your circumstances and the services agreed. Certification, translation and other third-party costs may also apply.

03

04

Progress

The licensed Authorised Agent submits the application. The authorities undertake their review, due diligence and required interview.

05

Complete

Following approval and the required investment and oath formalities, citizenship registration is completed. The passport application follows as a separate step.

Timing depends on document preparation, application completeness and government review. EPMC will discuss an indicative timeline for your circumstances; approval dates cannot be guaranteed.

07 / Required documents

Confidence in the details.

Prepare with a clear view of what may be needed. Open each category to explore.

01Identity & civil records

Passports, identity or residence cards, birth and marriage certificates, and the required photographs. Additional civil records depend on your family circumstances.

02Forms & declarations

Application forms, declarations, support affidavits and source-of-funds information. Your adviser will confirm the current forms and signing requirements.

03Address & professional records

Recent proof of address, a signed CV and employment or business records. Business owners may need corporate documents and company statements.

04Banking & source of funds

Bank references, personal statements and evidence supporting the origin of the qualifying investment. The precise scope depends on your circumstances.

05Police & health records

Applicable police clearances and medical documentation. Countries covered, validity periods and age requirements must be confirmed before ordering documents.

06Certification & translation

Certified copies and authenticated English translations where required. Coordinate time-sensitive documents carefully so they remain valid at submission.

This is an initial overview, not a final submission checklist. EPMC will provide a personalised document list after reviewing your application.

08 / Your questions

A little more clarity.

Is the minimum investment the full cost?

No. The route minimum excludes applicable government, due diligence, processing, professional and third-party fees. Request a breakdown based on your family and preferred route.

Can my family apply with me?

Qualifying dependants may be included. Eligibility depends on the relationship, age and support requirements. EPMC will review your family structure before advising on inclusion.

How long will the process take?

Timing varies with the completeness of your documents, background checks and the authorities’ workload. Your adviser can discuss an indicative timeline after reviewing your circumstances.

Will citizenship change my tax position?

Citizenship and tax residence are different matters. Your tax position depends on your circumstances and the jurisdictions involved. Obtain individual tax advice before making decisions.

Which countries could I visit?

Entry rules change and depend on the destination, passport and purpose of travel. Confirm current official entry requirements for each trip; citizenship does not guarantee unrestricted travel.

Can I apply directly to the government?

The programme requires submission through a licensed Authorised Agent. Confirm the agent handling submission and the scope of EPMC’s advisory support at the start of your engagement.
